For Accommodation and all other services, not including flights and with notice received:

from 35 to 25 days prior to the commencement of services:
75% of the total amount confirmed is refundable.

from 24 to 8 days prior to the commencement of services:
50% of the total amount paid is refundable.

7 or less days prior to the commencement of services and Non-Show:
the total amount paid is non-refundable.
